    What to do if my package is marked as “delivered” but I have not received it?

    We recommend that you carry out the following checks:

    • Verify with your building management whether the package has been received on your behalf.
    • Ask your neighbours if they may have signed for the package.

    If the package is still not located, please contact our Customer Service team. We will be delighted to assist you.

    Our Customer Service team will liaise with the carrier to track your package, and provide you with a personalised solution.
