    What should I do if one of my items is delivered damaged?

    Kindly retain the package and provide photographs of the following:

    • The exterior of the box
    • The areas of damage
    • The products damaged during transit

    Upon receipt of these photographs, our team will propose the most suitable resolution: either reshipment of the product or a issuing a refund.
