    I have an in-store account. Do I need to create an online account?

    If you already have an online account, it will be activated for in-store use from the following day.

    For those with an in-store account, it is essential to create an account on our website to enjoy your full Diptyque experience. 

    We recommend using the same first name, last name, and email address (or phone number or postal address) on both accounts. This will allow us to recognize you and communicate with you in a more personalised way, whether in-store or by phone.
