    Can I return an item purchased in-store?

    For purchases made at Diptyque boutiques or counters in Hong Kong, please retain your receipt and return the product to the original boutique or counter within 7 days of purchase for an exchange (refunds are not available).

    Products must be in perfect condition, unopened, and in their original packaging. Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
