    What to do if one of my items is delivered damaged or defective?

    Please contact our customer service team via email (customercare@diptyque.com.hk) within 7working days of receiving the goods, and provide detailed photos and descriptions to facilitate inspection and the exchange or refund process. 

    A comprehensive return form is available on our official website; kindly complete it. If the product is defective or damaged due to shipping, please indicate the relevant details in the return form.
