    Can I exchange an item purchased in-store?

    If you purchased an item at a Diptyque boutique or store counters:

    With a purchase receipt or gift receipt, you may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.

    The exchange item must be of equal or higher value. If there is a price difference, the balance must be paid at the time of exchange.

     

    Conditions for exchange:

    -The item must be brand new and remain sealed.

    -Original packaging must be retained.

    -The item must not be personalized.

    -The item must be in perfect condition, unused, unhandled, and undamaged.

     

    If the item is defective:
    The boutique team will provide an exchange service depending on the situation, and you are welcome to contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
