How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 14 business days upon receipt of your returned parcel. 

Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email. the refunded amount will appear on your bank account within 2 to 5 business days, the time needed to return the amount back to your account may vary, and is subject to bank’s administration.
