Are delivery and return fees refundable?

For purchases of HKD 500 or above at the Diptyque online store, complimentary shipping is provided. 

For orders of HKD 500 or below, a delivery fee of HKD 40 will apply. 

If the order amount is HKD 500 or below and a return is requested, the delivery fee will not be refunded.
