    What should I do if the pump of my bottle is blocked?

    We recommend that you first:

    Check that the safety ring has been properly removed and that the pump is unlocked

    Prime the pump by pressing gently several times, without applying excessive force

    If the pump still does not function, we invite you to contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to provide you with an appropriate solution
