What should I do if my product changes in texture, smell, or colour?

As a precaution, it is best not to use your skincare product if you notice any unusual changes, such as in texture, smell, or colour.

Please check:

- The PAO indicated on the packaging: the Period After Opening shown by an open jar followed by a number of months (e.g. 12M)

- The purchase date

- Whether the storage conditions have been respected: kept away from heat, humidity, and light, and the product properly closed

Please be advised that due to the natural composition of its ingredients, the colour of the soap may vary. This variation does not impact the quality or functionality of the product, but only its appearance.
