    What can I do if the pump of my perfume is broken or lost?

    Some fragrance products come with replaceable pumps.

    If your fragrance was purchased in‑store, our team will be delighted to assist you with the replacement. 

    If your fragrance was purchased online, please contact our Customer Service team.
