Can I benefit from tax-free shopping on my in-store purchases?

You can benefit from tax-free shopping on your in-store purchases if you reside outside the European Union.

Tax-free shopping is processed directly in-store at the time of your purchase. You will be asked to present a valid passport. Our team will provide you with a tax-free form that you must have stamped by customs when leaving the EU, in order to obtain a VAT refund.

For any further questions, our Customer Relations Service is available Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm and on Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm (excluding public holidays).
