    Can I cancel or modify my online order?

    If your order was placed less than an hour ago, our Customer Service will do everything possible to adjust the delivery address.

    Unfortunately, changes are no longer possible after this time frame.

    We invite you to contact our Customer Service quickly. Our advisors are available Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding public holidays). They will inform you if the change or cancellation is still possible, as well as the steps to follow.
