Can I return an item ordered online?

If you made your purchase on our website, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it to us.
The return conditions require that your items be:
- New and still sealed
- Kept in their original packaging
- Not personalised
- In perfect condition (not used, handled, or damaged)
Each returned item is carefully examined, in accordance with our quality standards, before the refund is approved.

A prepaid label is already provided in your package. It is recommended to keep the shipping proof. If the label is missing or lost, we invite you to generate a new one here

To create your prepaid label, simply enter your order number and the email address associated with this purchase. Then select the items you wish to return as well as the reason for the return and follow the validation steps.
