What gift services do you offer on your site?

We offer an online personalized engraving service for certain product categories, including classic candles, Les Mondes de Diptyque, some large candles, Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette, as well as Diptyque Essences.

This service can be performed directly from the product page of the item you wish to purchase.

Before finalizing your order, you have the option to choose our “Signature Gift Box”, a complimentary service offered by the Maison that elegantly dresses the selected items. This option is located at the bottom of the summary page, just before payment.

The Signature Gift Box includes: 
– An iconic box holding all your products

– A fabric pouch in the Maison’s colours, for additional sizes

– A card with your personalized message placed inside the box

No invoice is enclosed: only a discreet delivery note, without price indication, is slipped into the package.

A summary of your order is sent to you by email and remains accessible from your customer account.
