    Can I Cancel or Modify My Online Order?

    If your order was placed less than an hour ago, our Customer Service team will do their best to adjust the delivery address.

    Unfortunately, changes are no longer possible beyond this time frame.

    We encourage you to contact our Customer Service team promptly. Our advisors are available Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00, and Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00 (excluding public holidays). They will inform you if the change or cancellation is still possible, as well as the steps to follow.
