    Do I Need to Create an Online Account if I Have a Store Account?

    If you already have an online account, it will be active in-store the next day.

    If you have a store account, it is necessary to create an account on our website to enhance your Diptyque experience.
     

    We recommend using the same first name, last name, and email address (or phone number or postal address) for both accounts. This will allow us to recognize you and communicate with you in a more personalized way, either in-store or by phone.
