    What are the delivery times, methods, and fees?

    To offer you the best possible experience, several delivery options are available to you.

    US

    UPS Ground delivery takes 5 - 7 business days. We ask that you allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your package is dispatched. UPS Ground is $20 or free on all orders over $80.

    This processing time is included in the overall delivery estimate and will not affect your expected delivery window.

    Expedited options include UPS 3-day Select ($45) and UPS Next Day Air ($90). Allow 1 day for processing.

    For the most up-to-date delivery information, track your shipment with the number in your shipping confirmation. If you have a Diptyque account, you can find your tracking details in the "My Orders" section.

    Canada

    Shipping to Canada is free and takes 5 - 10 business days. For tracking details, contact Customer Service.

    *Our warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed then will be processed the next business day. Click here to see when our warehouse is closed. 

    *Please note, engraving may extend your delivery time by 1-3 business days.
