What to do if my order is returned to the sender?
UPS will return your order if the address is incomplete, incorrect or if the driver can't find a secure drop-off location. Packages left at a UPS access point for over 7 business days will also be returned.
If your order is returning to sender, contact Customer Service immediately to arrange a reshipment or a refund.
Note that we cannot cancel a return to sender once it has been processed by the carrier.
