    What to do if my package is marked as "delivered" but I have not received it?

    If you cannot locate your delivery, we ask that you check around the property to see if the package may have been left in a safe place, with a neighbor or someone else on your property such a receptionist or concierge. 

    If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact Customer Service so that we may start an investigation with UPS.
