    What should I do if one of my items is delivered damaged?

    To help us provide a fast, tailored resolution, please send us clear photos of:

    • the outer parcel/box (ideally including the shipping label),
    • the damaged product (a full‑item photo and a close‑up of the damage).
    • Photos of the inside packaging are also helpful.
