What to do if I have not received my order confirmation email?
Your order confirmation should be emailed within an hour of purchase. Please check your spam and junk folders if you cannot find it.
If over an hour has passed, and you still haven't received an email, please contact Customer Service with your first and last name and the email used to place the order.
If you have a Diptyque account, you can also see your order history under "My Orders."
