    I have an in-store account. Do I need to create an online account?

    If you already have an online account, it will be active for in-store use the following day.

    If you have an in-store account, you’ll need to register online website to enjoy the full benefits of having a Diptyque account. We recommend using the same first name, last name, and email address (or phone number or postal address) on both accounts so we can recognize you and communicate with you more personally, in-store or by phone.

    Please note that purchases made in store will not appear in your online account. However, all purchases, whether made online or in store, are counted toward your benefits, including your birthday gift.
