    Can I return an item ordered online?

    Unopened and unused merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
     

    Return conditions require that your items be: 
    - New and still sealed 
    - Kept in their original packaging
    - Not personalized/engraved
    - In perfect condition (not used, handled, or damaged) 
    Please note, returns are carefully inspected, respecting our quality standards, before the refund is approved.

    The processing time for your refund is estimated to be 14 business days from the date of receipt. 

    If you notice that one of your products is damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service with photos and a description of the issue before proceeding with your return.
