    Can I return an item purchased in-store?

    You may visit any Diptyque store for a return within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unopened, unused, and accompanied by an original receipt.

    Please note, refunds must be returned to the original form of tender. Diptyque does not offer store credit or gift cards at this time.

    Engraved items are final sale and cannot be returns or exchanged.

    Purchases made at authorized retailers such as department stores cannot be returned at a Diptyque store.
