    How do I return my order?

    Unopened and unused merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. We welcome you to initiate a return by selecting the "Initiate Online Return" button below.

    If you notice that one of your products is damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service with photos and a description of the issue before proceeding with your return. 

    For Canadian orders, please reach out directly to Customer Service to request a prepaid shipping label. Please note, shipping cost is non-refundable. 

    The processing time for your refund is estimated to be 14 business days from the date of receipt.
