What to do if one of my items is delivered damaged or defective?
To help us provide a fast, tailored resolution, please contact Customer Service with clear photos of:
- the outer parcel/box (ideally including the shipping label),
- the damaged product (a full‑item photo and a close‑up of the damage).
- If you still have them, photos of the inside packaging are also helpful.
Please keep the product and its packaging until you've received a response.
Once we receive these photos and reviewed them, we can guide you on the next steps right away.
