    How to make a return using a different carrier?

    To simplify your process, we provide you with a prepaid return label. It is free and guarantees secure and optimized tracking of your package.
    We recommend prioritizing this option, designed for your comfort and peace of mind.
    However, if you prefer to arrange the return with a carrier of your choice, please note that:
    - Shipping costs will be your responsibility and cannot be refunded
    - Diptyque cannot be held responsible in case of loss or theft of the package
    Here is how to proceed 
    - Remember to include the completed withdrawal form with your package
    - Share the following information with service@dyptiqueparis.com: your order number, the name of the carrier, as well as the tracking number of the package.
