    Can I exchange an item purchased in-store?

    You may visit any Diptyque store for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unopened, unused, and accompanied by an original receipt. 

    Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value, with any price difference paid on-site. Diptyque does not offer store credit or gift cards at this time.

    Engraved items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. 

    Purchases made at authorized retailers such as department stores cannot be exchanged at a Diptyque store.
