Can my refund be issued to a different payment method?

Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment used.

If the card used for your purchase has been canceled, the refund will be issued to the replacement card, provided it is linked to the same bank account. If the account has been closed, we invite you to work directly with your bank, as they will typically issue the refund in the form of a check.
