    What should I do if the pump on my bottle is stuck?

    We first recommend that you: 

    Check that the safety ring has been removed and that the pump is unlocked

    Prime it by pressing down gently several times, without forcing it

    If the pump remains stuck, we invite you to contact our Customer Service who will be able to offer you an appropriate solution.
