What should I do if my product changes in texture, smell, or color?

As a precaution, it is best not to use your product if you notice any unusual change in its texture, scent, or color.

We recommend checking:

- The PAO indicated on the packaging. The Period After Opening is shown by an open jar symbol followed by a number of months (for example, 12M)

- The purchase date

- That storage conditions have been respected: kept away from heat, humidity, and light, and the product properly closed after use

Please note: for the Comforting Cleansing Solution, the color of the soap may evolve over time due to the natural character of its ingredients. This variation affects only its appearance and does not alter its quality or performance.
