    How can I receive my Birthday Gift?

    Customers with a Diptyque account who have made at least 1 purchase on diptyqueparis.com or at a Diptyque boutique in the 12 months leading up to their birthday, will receive a birthday gift. Please note that purchases must be made under your Diptyque account to count towards the offer.

    If you’re subscribed to our newsletter, you’ll receive an email on your birthday with a unique promo code to redeem your gift online at diptyqueparis.com. You may also choose to collect your gift at one of our boutiques. If you’re not opted into our newsletter, your gift will be available for pickup in-store only.

    The selection of the gift, as well as whether a purchase is required to redeem it, will depend on your purchase history from the past 12 months. 

    If you’re subscribed to emails, the message you receive will outline exactly what you’ve qualified for and any conditions that apply. If you don’t receive an email, our boutique associates will be happy to look up your eligibility using the email address linked to your account.

    Here are a few additional details to keep in mind:

    • The offer is valid for 30 days following your birthday.
    • The gift selection is based on availability at the time of redemption.
    • Limited edition candles are not included.
    • The gift may only be redeemed once it cannot be exchanged for an alternate scent or product.
    • Our authorized retailers do not participate in this promotion. 
    • Shipping costs will apply if you redeem the gift online
    • The birthday gift cannot be redeemed on your first purchase. Once you’ve joined the program and completed your first purchase, you’ll be eligible to receive the gift on your next applicable birthday.
