How to get a new return label?

If you would like to return an item from your order, please contact our Customer Service team to request a return label.

To help us process your return quickly, please provide the following information when contacting us:

• Your order number or the email address used to place the order
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The quantity of each item, if applicable

Once we receive this information, our Customer Service team will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return.
