Can I cancel or modify my online order?

To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, most orders are sent to our fulfillment center within minutes of being placed. For this reason, we are unable to modify an order once it has been placed.

If you do not wish to keep your order, you may use our free return service to ship your items back. Unopened and unused merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. 

Please note, engraved products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
